- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). A booking is confirmed once payment is successful.
- Additional charges may apply for extra work requested on-site.
- Invoices will be provided upon request.
6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the slot; no refund for services already completed.

Safaiy Mitra will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee complete removal of permanent stains, damage caused by prior conditions, or issues beyond our control.

While we take utmost care during service delivery, Safaiy Mitra's liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
